春雨スープ
シャキシャキレタスときくらげの美味しい春雨スープです
材料(3人前)
春雨······················································· 20g
レタス···················································· 1/2玉
乾燥きくらげ········································· 10g
ザーサイ················································ 30g
卵··························································· 2コ
生姜······················································· 小さじ1/2
水溶き片栗粉········································· 小さじ1
※水も同量
塩コショウ············································· 少々
鶏がらスープの素·································· 大さじ1
ごま油···················································· 小さじ1/2
作り方
- きくらげを水で戻す (30分)
- レタス、きくらげを2~3cmにザク切りをする
- 600mlの水にきくらげ、ザーサイを入れる
- 味付けをする(鶏がらスープの素と塩コショウ)
- 中火で6分煮る
- 春雨と生姜とレタスを入れてから水溶き片栗粉でとろみを付ける
- 溶き卵とごま油を入れて出来上がり
